Refund Policy
Last updated:
Billing should be the least stressful part of a focus app. Here's exactly how paying (once) and refunds work.
1. The plan
- PDND has one plan: US$5 one-time, paid once through Stripe, for lifetime access with unlimited DND status shares.
- There is no free plan and no free trial.
- You pay once, right after you confirm your email. There is no subscription: nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel and you'll never be charged again for PDND.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we run PDND (see our Terms).
2. Refunds
Your purchase is final, and we don't offer refunds just because you changed your mind, with the exceptions below.
That said, things go wrong sometimes. Please contact us if, for example:
- you were charged twice or charged by mistake;
- a problem on our side kept you from using PDND.
We review these requests case by case, and any refund outside what the law requires is at our discretion. Where the law gives you a right to a refund (for example, a cooling-off period for online purchases in your country), we'll honor it.
3. What happens after a refund
A refund undoes the purchase, so your lifetime access ends as soon as the refund goes through: paid features switch off and your status pages stop showing your status. You can buy again anytime.
A refund doesn't delete your account. If you'd like your data deleted too, email us (see our Privacy Policy).
4. Earlier plans
If you signed up before PDND switched to a one-time price, your existing plan keeps working under the terms you signed up with, and you can manage it from the Billing page.
5. Something looks wrong?
If a charge looks off, please email [email protected] before disputing it with your bank. It's usually faster for everyone, and we'll sort it out.
6. Price changes
We may change the price for new purchases. That never affects you once you've paid: what you bought stays yours, with no extra charges.
